About Us:
We have lived in Ashtabula County along the Grand River for thirty years and have loved the nature that surrounds us.
We purchased the Woods Edge property to "protect it" and put the back acreage in conservation easement.
The process had taken longer than anticipated so we decided to fix up the spacious ranch to accommodate people who would enjoy the Nature that abounds: the birds, the woods, the river and the wildlife.
So, we spent about a year bringing an already good house up to being a great house for meetings, get-a-ways and get-togethers.
There is a washer and dryer too!
